Your first visit to our offices is 100% free and is typically around one hour long. And we’re going to make it enjoyable! Once you schedule your first appointment, you will receive an email and/or text with new patient forms.
We request that you fill these out before you come into the office so that we can have the necessary information ready upon your arrival of your first appointment. And if on your first visit you’re ready to start treatment, then so are we! Please let us know in advance if this is the case, and plan on an extra hour for us to complete the bonding process.
